Good morning. Today is December 2, 2015 and here is your weather and road report current to 0400hrs … Edmonton is currently -3º with mostly clear skies and an expected daytime high of +2º with clear skies. Ft. McMurray is overcast and -8º with a windchill of -12º. There is a chance of freezing rain and or snow flurries in the RMWB area, so please use caution when out and about today. FMM’s high is 0º with overcast skies. Lac La Biche is -7º with partly cloudy skies and your daytime high is +1º.

So far so good on both Hwy 63 and Hwy 881, with no new incidents to report and both roads are in good winter driving condition. Do be mindful of the chance of freezing rain in the Wood Buffalo area folks. There’s a freezing rain warning for the Peace River area that extends to Wabasca and could shift further east to FMM.

Good morning folks, today is December 1, 2015 and this is your weather and road report as of 0410hrs…

Currently in Edmonton it is -15º and the wind makes it feel more like -19º. It will warm up to 0º by the afternoon. FMM is sitting at -8º with clear skies will see a high of -2º. LLB is at -14º under clear skies and will see a daytime high of -3º.

Both Hwy 63 and Hwy 881 are clear and dry for the most part, but do expect some slippery spots from the snow melting in the daytime. The super loads will be rolling north in a few hours, so please pass them with care.

Good morning folks… Welcome to Monday…so take that mother f**ker by the horns and make it your b**ch…

SNOW SNOW AND MORE SNOW are what’s in store for you in the north central and north-east… A good buddy up at CNRL tells me it’s snowing like crazy north of FMM so people, please take your time on your commute. South of FMM there are reports of snow flying and causing visibility issues, so please adjust your driving accordingly and you’ll be just fine

No reported issues on either Hwy 63 or Hwy 881, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be issues so drive to the conditions folks.
